The VISOA Helpline has been established to provide support and education in understanding, interpreting and following the Strata Property Act to the Councils and owners in corporate VISOA memberships as well as on a limited basis to individual members of VISOA. The services provided are funded by the dues of individual and corporate members of the Vancouver Island Strata Owners Association. The Helpline will also assist strata owners who are non-members on a one-time, limited basis.
