BECOMING A MEMBER
VISOA aims to have as members all Vancouver Island stratas, as well as businesses that provide quality goods and services to stratas. With this in mind, VISOA has three classes of membership available. Corporate, Individual and Business. It is also possible to subscribe to the VISOA bulletin without becoming a member. It is now possible to use Paypal to pay for an individual  membership by clicking on the Buy Now button,

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP:
This membership is for stratas who want all of their owners to be members and avail themselves of all services.
COST: $4.00 per unit to a minimum of $20.00 and a maximum of $300.00 per year.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP:
This membership is for the owners of a strata unit who want to join just on their own.
Please note that assistance to individual members is restricted and does not
include assistance with Strata Council issues.
Completed application forms should be mailed to the address on the form.
Cost: $20.00 per year.

Both memberships receive the following:
• Use the INFOLINE (either by phone or by email) to ask strata-related questions
and receive feedback
• Receive five issues of the VISOA bulletin per year, either by mail or email
(Corporate members can have both delivery methods)
• Attend five seminars per year at no cost

BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP:
The aim of the business membership classification is to inform strata owners and strata corporations about businesses that can offer quality goods and services. Business members are listed in every issue of the VISOA bulletin, published five times per year, and receive special advertising rates. We welcome generic articles for our Bulletins from business members and give full recognition to the writers and their companies. Business members are also free to have a business card ad displayed on the web site.
Business members are encouraged to attend and set up a display at our seminars. A company name tag is required at the event. Setting up a display table with promotional material and company representatives is encouraged.
All business member applications are subject to the criteria listed on the
application form.
Cost: Business member: $200.00 per year.

BULLETIN SUBSCRIPTION
VISOA provides five information packed Bulletins each year. Non-members may subscribe to these Bulletins at the following rates:
By Email - $15 per year and by postal mail - $25 per year.
