Kevin Grasty is the Regional Director for Building Sciences, Vancouver Island, which includes offices in both Victoria and Nanaimo. He has conducted hundreds of physical condition assessments, including depreciation reports/contingency reserve fund studies and warranty reviews. He’s also been involved with hundreds of component evaluations and restoration projects related to cladding (walls, windows doors), roofing, balconies, parking structures, and post-tensioning systems.
