CSFTS and Allester Engineering collaborate to deliver depreciation reports to stratas.
Our depreciation reports are derived from strata site and historic document inspections, interaction with councils and service providers, and a staff-guided council review of observed and documented physical and/or financial questions and considerations resulting in a prioritized capital plan.
Finalized depreciation reports are reviewed and certified to meet Strata Property Act requirements by a qualified Allester Engineer or CSFTS Reserve Planner.
Stratas can also take advantage of our collaborations’ complete online suite of services including our innovative Stratagize Request System that saves council members and strata managers’ time, helping prevent misunderstandings and potential conflicts.
Should weather, crime, or breakdown create site issues, our depreciation report clients receive priority issue investigation services where needed to determine best response.
We have been serving strata clients with maintenance and capital asset planning for more than 20 years utilizing our unique predictive analysis process.
When depreciation reports were introduced, strata clients already using our services asked that we amend our reporting formats to meet those requirements as our services already delivered the information and perspectives they needed for strata physical and financial success.
