Are you looking to contest an unfair fine or a charge-back levied against you by your strata corporation? Is a noisy neighbour causing you a headache? Our strata dispute resolution program allows strata homeowners in British Columbia to resolve their strata property disputes in a cost-effective manner through venues such as the Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT).
