Bookkeeping and the preparation of financial statements for strata corporations doesn’t need to be complicated. ^©STRATACCOUNT  is a simple Excel accounting package to help strata treasurers maintain the strata’s books and easily produce financial statements which comply to requirements of the Strata Property Act and Regulation.  Download a version for small stratas up to 42 strata lots or larger stratas up to 80 strata lots. No accounting or bookkeeping expertise is required. The Microsoft Excel program is required.

I have to say I am very impressed with this program for stratas. I am a trained accountant and have always found the financial statements for stratas to be difficult to manage as they do not fit well into most standard accounting software. This program is straightforward, simple and does the job perfectly. – A happy customer!
